"Delighted to see you," he said, extending his hand.

"Have we met?' I asked, certain that we hadn't.

"If we haven't," he smiled,

"then I'm delighted to meet you."

He nodded his head towards

the door behind him.

"This," he said, "is the place

that you've been looking for."

I laughed. "And how do you know

that I've been looking for a place?"

"Because everyone is," he said,

nodding to the doorman

and waving me inside.

"Everybody?"

"Everybody," he smiled.

"Everybody everywhere."
